A young couple celebrates their engagement on the deck of the Cliff House at the top of Stowe Wednesday afternoon. Seconds earlier, the man was down on one knee proposing and they ran off so quickly we couldn't get their names. Does anyone know them? Send us an email , we have great photos of them.
